About Spanish Engineers

At Spanish Engineers we connect qualified engineers with International companies with projects in Spain or abroad.

The company was born from a simple reality: while many countries struggle with a shortage of STEM talent (science, technology, engineering, and math), Spain has a large pool of highly qualified engineers ready to build international careers.

Today, more than ever, there is no reason to limit your search for qualified engineers to your own country. Spanish Engineers connects companies that need skilled engineers in Germany and across Europe with Spanish engineering talent prepared to relocate, grow and add value from day one.

My name is Juan and I am the founder of Spanish Engineers. I have worked as an industrial engineer for 15 years and started building my international career in 2011, when I moved to Belgium. During the 10 years spent in Belgium, I was able to grow professionally but also as a person. I perfected my English, learned French and Italian, and I was able to work in exciting projects all over the world: Argentina, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, The Netherlands, France, among others.

When I returned to Spain in 2021, I decided to use my experience and network to connect International companies with qualified engineers.
