About Spanish Engineers

Spanish Engineers is an international recruitment and consultancy company that connects qualified engineers with International companies.

The company was created as a result of an observation: while companies in many parts of the world suffer from a STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) skill shortage, in Spain, there are many qualified professionals willing to build international careers. Today, more than ever, there is no reason to limit your search for qualified engineers in your country.

My name is Juan and I am the founder of Spanish Engineers. I have worked as an industrial engineer for 15 years and started building my international career in 2011, when I moved to Belgium. During the 10 years spent in Belgium, I was able to grow professionally but also as a person. I perfected my English, learned French and Italian, and I was able to work in exciting projects all over the world: Argentina, Saudi Arabia, Morocco, The Netherlands, France, among others.

When I returned to Spain in 2021, I decided to use my experience and network to connect International companies with qualified engineers.
